Your champ's team
Everything about your champ's support, in one place, with everyone who matters.
Champ keeps a child's goals, documents, calendar and conversations together, shared with the people around them. When a teacher moves on or a therapist changes, the plan does not start from zero.
Champ is set up school by school, by invitation. Were you invited? Create your account. Not yet? Ask for access.

Why Champ exists
Children with extra support needs meet a lot of adults. Most of what those adults learn leaves with them.
A new teacher every year. A new teacher aide, a new therapist, a school change. Each time, someone rereads the file, someone re-explains the child, and something gets lost. Parents become the only record, and that is a heavy thing to carry.
Champ is the shared memory. It belongs to the child and the people who look after them, not to whoever happens to be in the role this year.
One profile. Six parts. No manual.
Made for a tired parent on a phone at 9pm and a teacher with 4 minutes between classes. Big buttons, plain words, nothing hidden.
Goals
What everyone is working on, with updates from home and school in one thread. Progress is easy to see, and easy to celebrate.
Documents
Reports, plans, letters and photos, labelled the way your team talks. Each one gets a plain-language summary, so nobody has to read 40 pages to find the one thing that matters.
Calendar
Meetings, reviews and appointments, with notes on what came of them. Nothing planned gets forgotten, and nothing that happened gets lost.
Messages
Conversations that stay with the child, not in someone's inbox. Whoever joins next can read how a decision was made.
Medication
What, when, how much and who may give it, with a log and a printable sheet for the office. Only visible to the people who need it.
Who sees what
Three plain access levels cover almost everyone. When someone should see less, you can fine-tune it in a few taps.
Parents and whānau
Stop being the only one who remembers. See what happened at school today, add what happened at home, and hand the whole story to the next person without a folder of photocopies.
Teachers and SENCOs
Start the year already knowing the child. Run your class's profiles from one screen, invite the parent in 1 step, and leave a clean handover instead of a pile of notes.
Therapists and specialists
See the goals you are working towards in the context of everything else. Your report is read, because it comes with a summary someone can act on.
How it works
- 1
A teacher adds a child
Schools join Champ by invitation. A teacher sets up the child's profile in about 2 minutes. No forms to fill out first.
- 2
Invite the team
Parents, teachers, teacher aides, therapists. Each person gets an email link and picks a level of access.
- 3
Keep going
Add goals, upload what you have, plan the next meeting. When someone leaves, their part of the story stays.
Private by design
A child's profile is only visible to people who have been invited to it. Whoever manages the profile decides who joins, what they can see, and can remove anyone at any time.
Documents are stored privately and only opened by people on the team. Summaries are drafted by a computer and checked by a person before anyone else sees them.
Health information sits in its own section, switched off for everyone by default, and only turned on for the people who give medication or need to know about it.

Every champ deserves a team that remembers.
Sign in, or create your account with the email your invitation was sent to. Not invited yet? Ask for access and a real person will get back to you.
